Most mattresses are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Custom orders or specific luxury brands may take up to 14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night comfort guarantee. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before requesting an exchange or return.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. For orders under $500, a flat-rate shipping fee of $49 applies.
Do you provide White Glove Delivery and old mattress removal?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. This service includes professional setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old mattress and packaging.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 10 to 25 years. This covers structural defects like sagging or indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
