  Provide your order number and photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, donor-ready condition as per our hygiene policy.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charity or professional removal service to pick up the mattress from your home at no cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After the pickup is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
